What We’re Looking For:

We are looking to add trial and appellate attorneys. The trial associate should have interest in product liability and the desire to work across multiple trial practice areas. The appellate associate should be skilled in legal research and writing, and able to make the complex simple. Whether you’re an experienced litigator or a rising lawyer, we value curiosity, initiative, and the pursuit of excellence.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications Will Include:

• Sharp legal thinking, persuasive writing, and efficient research skills
• Licensed to practice in Michigan or Texas (or eligible to waive in)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:

• Identify and analyze complex legal and technical issues
• Draft and respond to discovery and motions
• Prepare for and take depositions; prep witnesses
• Engage regularly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Manage electronic document review and production
• Assist in trial prep and strategic litigation planning
