Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a national law firm providing full-service creditors’ rights and real estate legal services across 18 states. RAS is seeking an Associate Attorney to work remotely.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize workloads, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Independence, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential. Delaware State Bar admission is required; newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply. Prior foreclosure and litigation experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in all stages of foreclosure, including contested cases.
2. Review all conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters.
3. Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
4. Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations.
5. Perform legal research and writing.
6. Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
7. Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
8. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
9. Manage a high volume of work to meet deadlines.
10. Use firm and client systems to ensure compliance with deadlines.
11. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office skills.
2. Experience with electronic case management and client systems preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to analyze and present corrective actions.
5. Meticulous attention to detail.

7. Ability to work independently.

Educational Requirements:

1. Juris Doctor degree.
2. Bar membership in Delaware.
