Beverly Law Firm in Texas is expanding and seeks a Litigation Associate who’s ready to focus on delivering strong results for clients. This is a fully-remote opportunity for the Texas team, with a structure designed to maximize case strategy, depositions, court appearances, and overall efficiency.

The role offers a base salary of $150K–$170K plus a percentage of attorney fees, no billable hours, paid time off, holidays, and a clear growth path.

Formación

• Licensed in Texas.
• 3+ years litigation experience.
• Experience in personal injury or trial in medical malpractice, PI, wrongful death or civil litigation.

• $150K–$170K base
• Plus % of attorney fees

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas.
• 3+ years litigation experience
• Experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas are needed.
