Qualifications

• Licensed in Texas.
• 3+ years litigation experience.
• Experience in personal injury or trial in medical malpractice, PI, wrongful death or civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Litigate high-value cases.
• Own case strategy and execution.
• Take/defend depositions, appear in court and mediations.
• Lead and oversee support staff.
• Leverage AI and support tools to improve processes.
