Job description

A Tampa based law firm is currently seeking an Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. While experience in bad faith litigation is a plus, it is not required. The firm is also open to candidates with backgrounds in auto, PIP, or glass defense. Ideal candidates will have some experience drafting motions and taking depositions.
