Job summary

LeoForce in Seattle, WA is seeking an Associate Attorney with a Juris Doctor and strong plaintiff-side PI experience to independently manage complex litigation from discovery through trial. The role emphasizes leadership within the PI team and direct courtroom engagement from day one.

The ideal candidate has a JD, license in WA preferred, and a track record of successful deposition, negotiation, and trial advocacy. Growth into leadership and immigration division mentorship is offered.

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Washington State preferred.
  • Significant experience practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex PI litigation.
  • Strong deposition, courtroom, and trial experience.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage complex PI litigation from discovery through trial.
  • Handle cases through deposition, courtroom, and trial.
  • Mentor and lead the PI team, providing mentorship to junior attorneys.
