Job summary

The Los Angeles County Bar Association - LACBA seeks a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side practice. You will handle cases from intake through resolution, with direct client contact and hands-on litigation in a collaborative environment.

You will manage personal injury matters, develop case strategy, prepare pleadings, handle discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings and trial prep, and advocate for clients at all stages of litigation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Active admission to CA state bar in good standing; dual licensed in WA is a plus.
• JD from an accredited law school required.

A growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its expanding practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking meaningful case responsibility, direct client interaction, and hands-on litigation experience within a collaborative environment.

The attorney will manage personal injury matters from intake through resolution, develop case strategy, and advocate for clients throughout all phases of litigation.
