Job summary

Pacer Group in Portland, OR is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate to handle a broad range of complex civil matters from early stages through resolution. You will manage all phases of litigation, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and conduct depositions while coordinating with clients and experts.

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and motion practice skills.
• Deposition and court experience preferred.
