Responsibilities:

1. 1. Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, trusts, and wills.
2. 2. Drafting various estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
3. 3. Assisting clients with wealth transfer strategies and advising on tax implications.
