Responsibilities

  • Manage case files involving general liability, catastrophic injury, construction, and insurance-related matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, memos, motions, discovery requests and responses, and prepare case evaluations and reports.
  • Participate in litigation, including depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, arbitrations, appearing in court for hearings and trials.
  • Communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with partners, clients, experts, and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with relevant experience in civil defense litigation to join our firm. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer, a strong communicator, and has a desire for professional growth. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage case files involving general liability, catastrophic injury, construction, and insurance-related matters.
