G3PM Law’s San Diego office is seeking associate attorney candidates who want to be litigators and trial lawyers. G3PM Law is a prominent civil litigation defense firm, representing individuals and businesses faced with civil lawsuits. The firm specializes in handling tough cases and achieving superior trial results. It currently has seven active members in the prestigious trial attorney organization ABOTA and a deep bench of experienced trial lawyers, giving associates the opportunity to learn from attorneys who have spent their careers handling complex matters in the courtroom.
This is not a position where you will be limited to research assignments or one small piece of a case. Our attorneys are expected to become involved in their matters, understand the facts, develop strategy, communicate with clients and expert witnesses, take depositions, argue motions, participate in settlement negotiations, and prepare cases for trial.

$140,000 - $210,000 per year with an additional bonus structure.
Compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, litigation background, and the level of responsibility the attorney is prepared to assume.
Applicants must be active members in good standing with the California Bar. Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed is required. Prior civil litigation and personal injury experience is strongly preferred. The firm partners pride themselves on close mentorship of associates, civility in the courtroom, and congeniality in the office.
