Fitch Johnson Larson, P.A. is hiring a full-time associate attorney. We are an AV-rated insurance defense firm specializing in workers’ compensation litigation in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Workers’ compensation practice provides a unique opportunity to newer attorneys to quickly develop their own skills and practice. Fitch Johnson Larson provides the training and support for newer attorneys to succeed and we also have a thriving and growing practice with ample opportunities for more experienced attorneys.

We are seeking Minnesota-based candidates licensed in Minnesota with zero to three years of experience, though we will also consider applicants with more experience. We are seeking applicants who have performed well in law school and/or the work environment. Past worker’s compensation experience is a plus, but not required. • Accredited Law Degree
• License to Practice Law in the State of Minnesota, or expected to be licensed October 2026
• Ability to organize data, multi-task and make decisions independently and timely

Salary $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
