Job description

A well-established defense law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team in Reno, Nevada. The firm welcomes attorneys from a variety of litigation backgrounds and values strong advocacy, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn over experience in a specific practice area.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Nevada Bar license or eligible for admission
• Civil litigation experience preferred, but not required
• Attorneys with backgrounds in criminal law, family law, insurance defense, government practice, commercial litigation, personal injury, appellate practice, or other litigation-heavy areas are encouraged to apply
• Strong writing, communication, and case management skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $120,000 base salary plus 15% of collected receivables, providing strong earning potential based on performance.. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
