Collins + Collins seeks an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience and admission in good standing with the CA or NV Bar. The role offers real hands-on trial experience in a collaborative, growth‑oriented firm with offices across California and Nevada.

You will lead case strategy, manage all stages of litigation, and have opportunities to actually try cases while building client relationships and developing expertise in both litigation and transactional matters.

Qualifications

• Must be a current member in good standing with the CA Bar and/or NV Bar.
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong writing, case analysis, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to roll up sleeves and work closely with clients and trial team.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategies and manage all aspects of litigation—from investigation to drafting pleadings and motions to actually trying cases.
• Draft pleadings and motions; manage discovery and other pre-trial steps; conduct depositions and hearings.
• Build relationships with clients and coordinate with a team of trial and appellate attorneys to advance matters.

Collins + Collins (C+C) is looking for an experienced 3+ year Associate Attorney to join our team and have the opportunity to actually try cases.

Your Role

As an Associate Attorney at C+C, you will play a pivotal role in litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to develop case strategies, manage all aspects of litigation— from fact investigation to drafting pleadings and motions to actually trying cases — and build strong relationships with clients.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must be a current member in good standing with the CA (California) Bar and/or NV (Nevada) State Bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to analyze and write about legal issues. You should also be ready to roll up your sleeves and work closely with clients and our seasoned team of trial and appellate attorneys, manage all stages of litigation, and contribute to the firm’s continued success. If you don’t want to be a trial attorney, that’s ok too but if you do, we have plenty of opportunity for you!

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active CA (California) Bar and/or NV (Nevada) State Bar in good standing
• 3+ years’ experience in civil litigation
• Strong writing, case analysis, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
