Collins + Collins (C+C) is looking for an experienced 3+ year Associate Attorney to join our team and have the opportunity to actually try cases.
As an Associate Attorney at C+C, you will play a pivotal role in litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to develop case strategies, manage all aspects of litigation— from fact investigation to drafting pleadings and motions to actually trying cases — and build strong relationships with clients.
C+C is a forward-thinking civil litigation firm with a solid reputation for stability and growth. We are recognized as one of the most successful and dependable civil litigation firms in California, and that success is built on teamwork. Together, we collaborate seamlessly to deliver exceptional legal representation. Serving clients across California and Nevada, we handle both litigation and transactional matters with a commitment to excellence. If you want the opportunity to try cases, we are the place for YOU!
To be successful in this role, you must be a current member in good standing with the CA (California) Bar and/or NV (Nevada) State Bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to analyze and write about legal issues. You should also be ready to roll up your sleeves and work closely with clients and our seasoned team of trial and appellate attorneys, manage all stages of litigation, and contribute to the firm’s continued success. If you don’t want to be a trial attorney, that’s ok too but if you do, we have plenty of opportunity for you!
With offices in Pasadena, Orange, Rancho Cucamonga, Carlsbad, Walnut Creek, and Las Vegas, we offer flexibility with the option for hybrid remote work.
C+C is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We actively recruit diverse talent and provide professional development and mentoring programs to empower every team member to reach their full potential.
