Jobot is seeking a Corporate Attorney with strong expertise in joint venture structuring to join our Pittsburgh office. This role demands precision, thoughtful counsel, and the ability to manage complex matters for high-stakes clients.
You will draft and negotiate JV agreements, provide broad legal guidance on governance and dissolution, and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings while upholding the highest professional standards.
Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 per year
We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Associate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in Joint Venture Structuring. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and challenging legal matters in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to client service.
