The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of matters for individual and business clients, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents, and providing clear, well-supported legal advice. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, analyzing case facts and legal issues, developing case strategies, and representing clients in negotiations, hearings, and, when appropriate, in court. The role involves collaboration with senior attorneys, managing assigned case files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with firm procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ, requiring consistent presence in the office and local courts.
