Typical cases involve business divorce, breaches of contract, business torts, fraud, and other civil litigation matters. We also have a robust appellate practice.

Role Description The Senior Associate will support and lead litigation matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and preparing for hearings, depositions, and trial. This full-time, on-site role in Phoenix, AZ involves working closely with partners and other team members to develop case strategies, evaluate risk, and provide clear, practical advice to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex fact patterns, reviewing documents and evidence, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and supervising junior associates and staff where appropriate. The Senior Associate will be expected to take ownership of case workstreams, contribute to business development efforts, and maintain high professional and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications
