Job summary

Henderson Scott US in Phoenix seeks an Associate Attorney (1-4 YOE) who is local to the area and admitted to the Arizona Bar. The firm handles insurance defense across complex civil litigation, construction, and personal injury matters.

The ideal candidate will have insurance defense experience and the ability to manage multiple matters, communicate clearly with clients, and draft pleadings and discovery with precision.

Qualifications

• Arizona Bar in good standing.

They are an insurance defense firm-they have a ton of cases in complex civil litigation, construction, and personal injury matters.

The ideal candidate has insurance defense experience.

You must live in Arizona and be admitted to the bar in Arizona.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Case evaluation, recommendation, and support.
• Communicate with client and counsel.
• Propound and respond to discovery.
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda.
• Draft complaints, motions, and other pleadings and documents.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.Prepare for and attend court hearings.
