Job summary

W3Global seeks an Associate Attorney for a well-established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm with offices across the Western U.S. You will manage personal injury matters from intake through settlement, building client relationships and collaborating with experienced trial lawyers.

You will evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and develop case strategies while staying current on Arizona law. This is a growth-oriented environment with mentorship and opportunities for multi-state

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing is required.
• 1–3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred, including pre-litigation exposure.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, legal research, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate merits of personal injury claims through research, investigation, and analysis.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and third parties throughout the claims process.
• Draft demand packages, medical records requests, and case-related documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers while advocating for clients.
• Develop strategic case plans with senior attorneys and prepare for potential litigation when needed.
• Maintain accurate, organized case files and comply with firm policies.

We've partnered with a well-established, multi-state plaintiff-side personal injury law firm with offices across the Western U.S. The firm represents clients in serious injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, and other complex injury claims. This opportunity is ideal for an Associate Attorney who enjoys building client relationships, developing case strategies, and negotiating favorable outcomes. You'll manage personal injury matters from initial intake through settlement while working alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the merits of personal injury claims through legal research, factual investigation, and case analysis.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties throughout the claims process.
• Draft demand packages, medical record requests, correspondence, and other case-related documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers while advocating for clients’ best interests.
• Develop strategic case plans in collaboration with senior attorneys and prepare matters for potential litigation when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, organized case files while ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
• Stay current on Arizona personal injury laws, regulations, and industry developments.
• Independently litigate smaller matters with minimal paralegal support when required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing.
• 1-3 years of plaintiff-side Personal Injury experience preferred, ideally with exposure to pre-litigation matters.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, legal research, and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms and case management software.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually (based on experience)
