• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research, case evaluations, and strategic analysis.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case developments and litigation strategy.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and assist with case preparation.
• Attend and conduct depositions, court hearings, and mediations.
