Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in handling a variety of personal injury cases, providing high-quality legal representation to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys while developing your skills in litigation and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, and products liability claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in negotiations, depositions, and court hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
• Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and answering any questions they may have.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to personal injury law.
