Leoforce is recruiting a Senior Associate with extensive plaintiff-side asbestos litigation experience in New York. The attorney will actively handle corporate discovery, depositions, and expert development while independently managing a complex docket.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar license
• 5+ years of plaintiff-side asbestos litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of asbestos-related diseases, exposure pathways, and product identification
• Experience handling corporate discovery and depositions
• Experience developing and working with experts
• Ability to independently manage a complex asbestos docket
• Strong written, oral advocacy, and client communication skills
• Trial preparation experience strongly preferred
• Additional state admissions are a plus
