Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle substantive legal matters with increasing independence.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, discovery, and other legal documents.
  • Manage case strategy and support litigation, transactional, or advisory matters.
  • Participate in depositions, mediations, negotiations, hearings, and trials as applicable.
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide practical legal advice.
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, experts, and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts.

Preferred Experience
