PSI is actively seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Newport Beach, CA. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys to support litigation and transactional matters, conducting research, drafting documents, and assisting in case preparation.

The ideal candidate is barred in California, has 2–5 years of litigation experience, and demonstrates strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Assist in case preparation, including discovery and trial preparation.
• Negotiate and draft contracts and other transactional documents.
