PSI in Newport Beach is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and product liability, and a track record of securing favorable settlements or verdicts.

You will investigate cases, draft pleadings, negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel, and guide clients through the litigation process with empathy and clear communication.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active California bar admission required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Compassionate approach to client representation.
