This role involves advocating for clients to achieve favorable settlements or verdicts, conducting thorough investigations, drafting legal documents, and negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel. The Personal Injury Attorney will work closely with clients to provide empathetic support and expert legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
