Job summary

Taylor Root, a growing plaintiff-side litigation firm in New York, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its established practice.

You will handle cases at all stages, appear at hearings and conferences, develop strategy, and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to securing benefits for injured workers. NY Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while working as part of a team.
