Duties include independently managing a general liability and labor law caseload, conducting and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, drafting pleadings and motions, and coordinating trial preparation with partners

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of three years of litigation experience in labor law or general liability.
• Admitted to practice in New York; New Jersey admission is a plus.
• Experience with motion practice and depositions.
• Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
• Superior research and writing skills.
• Ability to multi-task and analyze complex matters.

Responsibilities
