Our Legal Team is committed to providing each client with quality counsel, innovative solutions, and personalized service. Founded in 2000, the firm offers the legal talents of its 115+ attorneys, who have accumulated experience and problem-solving skills over decades of practice.

We are a vibrant, busy and growing full-service law firm looking to increase the talented ranks in our Albany Office by adding attorneys with 5+ years of experience in Health Law, Business Law/Transactions, Civil/Commercial Litigation, Divorce/Matrimonial/Family Law, Real Estate, and Trusts and Estates.

Successful Candidate:

We seek a self-starter with a strong work ethic, leadership, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate must have good oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and be personable with clients. They must be a true team player, genuinely interested in working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The candidate should be able to lead a team of associates and troubleshoot where necessary.

Although not required, the ideal candidate will already have a small book of business that they seek to foster and grow while developing new skill sets.

What you will need to have:

1. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school
2. Licensed to practice law in New York
3. 5+ years of experience in your practice area
4. Ability to build rapport with clients
5. Must be detail oriented
6. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks effectively
7. Collaborative with a can-do attitude balanced with ability to gracefully communicate with clients
8. Comfortable working with all levels of business professionals, including senior management and all colleagues in other departments in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $115k-$250k depending on experience and book of business
