Siclari Law Group, a mid-sized, AI-powered boutique, seeks a mid-level associate who can handle both litigation and transactional matters from a remote-friendly NJ base. The role supports clients across healthcare, nonprofits, and professionals, with mentorship and real opportunity for professional growth.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in litigation and transactional work, is admitted in NJ (NY a plus), and is comfortable in state, federal, and administrative courts.

• 5–8 years of litigation and transactional experience.
• Bar admission in NJ (NY a strong plus).
• Based in New Jersey.
• Experience appearing in Superior Court, federal court, and administrative forums.
• Willingness to learn across practice areas (business, healthcare, employment, education, environmental, nonprofit).
• Sees AI as a tool to enhance effectiveness.

Siclari Law Group is hiring a mid-level associate who can do both - argue a motion in the morning and negotiate a contract in the afternoon.

We're an AI-powered boutique serving businesses, healthcare providers, nonprofits, and professionals through our Outside Counsel Subscription Service. We're growing, and we need someone who wants to grow with us.

You're the right fit if you:

• Have 5-8 years of litigation and transactional experience
• Are admitted in NJ (NY a strong plus) and based in New Jersey
• Are comfortable appearing in Superior Court, federal court, and administrative forums like the Office of Administrative Law
• Are genuinely excited to learn new practice areas - we work across business, healthcare, employment, education, environmental, and nonprofit law, and we want someone who sees that as an opportunity, not a burden
