Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in New Braunfels, TX. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload that includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. Day-to-day tasks include preparing for court filings, attending court hearings, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive legal services are delivered. Additionally, the Associate Attorney will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and stay informed on changes in legislation. As a general practice firm, this role will work in family law, estate planning and probate with opportunities in business law and criminal defense, as desired.
