We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Associate Attorney to join our established real estate practice. Experience in real estate is preferred, but not required. We are looking for an attorney who is eager to learn, take ownership of transactions, build strong client relationships, and grow within an established practice.
The successful candidate will receive one-on-one mentorship and training directly from a law firm partner and will have the opportunity to learn every aspect of a residential real estate closing transaction from start to finish. Within the first few weeks, the associate will begin working in a client-facing role, including closing residential real estate transactions. The goal is to provide hands‑on experience, while giving the associate the support and mentorship necessary to develop confidence and competence.

We are willing to work with the right candidate when family commitments arise, provided that client appointments and closing obligations are not impacted and any missed time is made up. Our goal is to maintain the high level of service our clients expect while also supporting our employees and their families.
We are looking for someone who wants more than simply a job. The ideal candidate is ambitious, personable, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long‑term career in real estate law. Applicants should enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, communicating with clients, and taking ownership of your work. You should also be comfortable receiving feedback, asking questions, and continually improving your skills.
