D3 Search is actively seeking an Associate Attorney on behalf of a nationally recognized plaintiff law practice (representing survivors of sexual abuse/assault) with a growing office in West Los Angeles, CA (90025).

Associate Attorney

• Important Note: This particular law practice is focused exclusively on representing survivors of sexual abuse/sexual assault (plaintiffs).

Employment Status:

Full-time/direct-hire employment.

Employer Work Model:

Onsite work model (Monday to Friday).

D3's client, a highly respected national plaintiff's law firm with a team of 30+ accomplished attorneys, is seeking a talented and dedicated Associate Attorney with two (2) or more years of experience to join their litigation practice group. The is a full-time position in the firm's West Los Angeles office (90025).

This Associate Attorney position will focus on the practice of seeking justice for sexual abuse/assault survivors. This position is ideal for a junior attorney anxious to develop litigation and concrete/tangible trial skills. The firm's partners entrust their associates with more responsibility than associates at large firms.

As an Associate Attorney, you have the opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting the firm's clients by handling many aspects of litigation, which include:

• Managing cases from inception to completion.
• Maintaining strong client relationships.
• Drafting persuasive motions and confidently presenting arguments in court.
• Skillfully conducting and defending depositions.
• Successfully taking cases to trial.
• A strong interest in complex plaintiffs' personal injury litigation and a passion for advocating on behalf of survivors of sexual abuse/assault.
• 2+ years of experience in litigation (clerking after bar admission will be considered)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional research and writing abilities
• A robust work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, including the capacity to multi-task under pressure
• A valid license to practice law in the state of California

Annual starting salary range is 185K to 205K (DOQ)+sign-on bonus and the law firm (employer) offers a comprehensive & robust benefits package, 401K, generous PTO, onsite work model, paid parking, annual reviews, lucrative bonuses (two 'lanes/buckets' to bonus), and career growth opportunities, etc.

Annual bonus:

Two (2) separate bonus 'pools/lanes': 1) subjective and 2) objective. More details shared confidentially.
