Job summary

D3 Legal Search, LLC is actively representing a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ law practice focused on survivors of sexual abuse/assault. The Associate Attorney will join a West Los Angeles team (90025) in a full-time role, handling litigation from start to finish and driving tangible trial skills in a supportive, high-stakes environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of litigation experience, CA bar license, and a drive to advance complex personal injury work on behalf of survivors,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience in a plaintiffs' practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Draft persuasive motions and present arguments in court.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Take cases to trial.
• Support survivors of sexual abuse/assault through all phases of litigation.
