Recruitify is seeking an Associate Attorney for a boutique litigation firm in West Los Angeles. This role offers exposure across construction, business, real estate, and related matters, with hands-on experience in every phase of litigation alongside seasoned attorneys.

Open to newly licensed associates through roughly five years of experience, the candidate will sharpen skills in research, writing, and client communication while growing within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation briefs, and other litigation documents.
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with litigation strategy.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
  • Assist with trial preparation.
  • Work on disputes involving commercial construction projects, public works, payment disputes, change orders, delay claims, mechanic's liens, and related litigation.
  • Build the skills necessary to independently manage complex litigation matters.

Job Title: Associate Attorney Employment Type: Full-Time Work Model: Onsite (Century City, CA) Base Salary: $120,000–$160,000 (Depending on Experience)

About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Attorney for a boutique litigation law firm in West Los Angeles.

We are open to attorneys ranging from newly licensed first-year associates to attorneys with approximately five years of litigation experience. Whether you're looking to launch your litigation career or continue building your experience, you'll gain hands‑on exposure across every phase of litigation while working directly alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.

The firm's practice is primarily focused on construction litigation, representing general contractors, subcontractors, developers, material suppliers, property owners, and design professionals. The firm also handles business, real estate, and prevailing wage matters.

This is not an insurance defense position.

Must-Have Experience

Compensation

Base salary is $120,000–$160,000, depending on experience.

The firm offers bonus opportunities based on meeting the annual 1,900 billable hour requirement, with additional bonus potential for exceeding annual billables.

Compensation will ultimately be based on your litigation experience, background, and overall qualifications.
