At RemoteStar, we're hiring a Associate Attorney in Los Angeles for one of our clients - an Am Law 100 firm. The firm's attorneys focus on health care, finance, real estate, technology, private equity and life sciences.

We're seeking a mid-level (3–7 year) Associate to join our Labor and Employment – Employment Advice & Investigations Practice Group. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment, and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience representing employers in employment law matters and counseling.
• California-specific advice and counseling experience is required.
• Candidates should have a strong background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge matters, as well as familiarity with leave laws and wage and hour compliance.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex employment law issues effectively.
