Hall Prangle LLC in Las Vegas seeks a full-time Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of defense-litigation experience to join our trial team. Healthcare litigation experience is a plus but not required.

You will draft pleadings and motions, handle discovery, attend hearings and trials, and work with senior attorneys to develop case strategy while maintaining strong client relationships and a collaborative in-office culture.

Qualifications

About the Role

Hall Prangle is seeking to hire a full-time associate in its Las Vegas office who has at least 2-5 years as a practicing litigator (experience in medical malpractice or healthcare law is a plus but not necessary). Associates will work with small teams of attorneys and paralegals, led by seasoned trial attorneys with proven track records, all working collaboratively to efficiently provide our clients with the best possible results. Hall Prangle offers attorneys flexibility in how they structure their work schedules, while encouraging regular in-office work to foster collaboration, maintain strong working relationships, and take advantage of the welcoming accessibility of firm partners. Overall, the right candidate will be skilled and hard-working as well as pleasant and personable.

What You will Need to Succeed

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar
• 2-5 years’ experience in defense litigation, experience in medical malpractice or healthcare law a plus
• Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication
