Job summary

Hall Prangle LLC in Las Vegas seeks a full-time Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of defense-litigation experience to join our trial team. Healthcare litigation experience is a plus but not required.

You will draft pleadings and motions, handle discovery, attend hearings and trials, and work with senior attorneys to develop case strategy while maintaining strong client relationships and a collaborative in-office culture.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar.
• 2–5 years of defense litigation experience; healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients from pre-trial through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, written discovery, and agreements.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on case strategy.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
