Petchul | Bonkowski is hiring an associate attorney with 5 to 10 years of experience.

We launched in January 2026. Our founding attorneys bring years of experience in California community association law, real estate, civil litigation, and corporate counsel. We represent community associations of all types throughout California and work closely with boards and professional management.

What you'll do

• Advise boards and managers on governance, Davis-Stirling compliance, and CC&R interpretation
• Draft enforcement letters, demand letters, contracts, and governing document amendments

• 5 to 10 years of practice in community association law, real estate law, or a related civil practice

• Interest in building a long-term practice in community association law
