Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney for our Chicago office working with our Construction Litigation team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day tasks related to providing legal representation and counsel in cases related to premises liability, general negligence, personal injury, construction contracts and other types of legal disputes. Your work will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents such as motions and briefs, attending hearings, conducting depositions, representing clients in court, participating in client meetings, and collaborating with other legal professionals. This is an onsite position based in our Chicago office. There is potential for travel during trials and related to client work. Only candidates who have already earned a J.D. from an accredited law school and have at least two years of litigation experience will be considered. Experience with construction or engineering clients is a plus.
