Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join its team of litigators in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and be eager to contribute to a dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery; attending court proceedings; and conducting depositions to obtain pertinent information for cases. Illinois admission and a JD are required with a preference for malpractice or premises liability defense

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Experience in medical malpractice, transportation, long-term care/nursing home defense, and/or premises liability defense preferred.
• Strong communication, research, and writing skills.
