Mid-Level Personal Injury Associate

• Location: Houston, Texas


• Work Arrangement: Fully in-office, Monday through Friday


• Experience: 2-7 years of litigation experience

A Houston-based litigation practice is seeking a Mid-Level Personal Injury Associate with approximately 2-7 years of litigation experience. Personal injury experience is preferred, and trial experience is required. First-chair trial experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation is dependent on experience. The stated base salary ranges are $80,000-$125,000 for Associate and $150,000-$200,000 for Senior Associate.


• Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, with 60% of benefit costs paid by the employer; eligibility for a 401(k) plan after one year of employment; a monthly technology stipend; payment of bar dues and approved professional memberships and CLE expenses; gym membership reimbursement; bonus opportunities; and approved marketing support for client development.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $200,000
