The Role:

2. Managing and handling all aspects of litigated cases, from briefing to motion work.
3. Conducting depositions, court appearances, and participating in trials.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse litigation caseload independently from start to finish.
2. Perform comprehensive legal tasks such as briefing and motion work.
3. Conduct depositions and make court appearances regularly.
4. Draft pleadings and briefs, including motions for summary judgment, transfer, and to compel.
5. Prepare cases and actively participate in trials.

Qualifications:

1. 3-10+ years of legal experience, with preferred backgrounds in commercial litigation, premises liability, products liability, commercial vehicle accidents, employment, or insurance coverage litigation.
2. Strong academic credentials and experience.
3. Desire to gain exposure to multiple areas of law.
4. Excellent writing and communication skills.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work independently with mentorship as needed.
7. Strong desire to be in the courtroom and try significant cases.
8. Client-focused with a collaborative mindset.
