Position Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in the state of Texas and will have a strong interest in litigation, tax law, and immigration law. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and make a significant impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

-Represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, and advise clients on legal rights and obligations.

-Engage in all aspects of litigation including preparing and filing pleadings, conducting discovery, attending hearings, and participating in trials.

-Advise clients on matters related to tax law, including but not limited to individual and corporate tax planning, state and federal tax compliance, and tax litigation.

-Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and stay updated on current laws and regulations.

-Maintain the highest ethical standards as established by the Texas State Bar.

Qualifications:

-Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

-Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

-A minimum of 1 year of legal experience.

-Demonstrated interest in litigation, tax law, and immigration law.

-Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

-Team player with a proactive approach and a dedication to client service.
