Job summary

Doyle, Restrepo, Harvin & Robbins, LLP seeks an associate attorney to join our firm in Texas. This is a 1099 contract role initially, with potential to transition to W-2 employment. Ideal candidates have insurance defense and/or personal injury experience and active Texas State Bar membership. Strong writing, analysis, and research skills are essential.

You will work closely with partners who bring over 180 years of trial experience and will contribute to a diverse caseload.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

• Strong writing, analysis, and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners in cases involving insurance defense, business litigation, and securities/arbitration.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other filings as needed.
• Conduct legal research and manage client communications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance defense and/or personal injury with active Texas State Bar membership, excellent writing, analysis, and research skills. We are seeking a motivated, efficient and hard-working individual who is looking to work closely with our partners who together have over 180 years of trial experience and grow with our firm.
