Well Known Houston Litigation Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its trial-focused team in Houston. The position offers mentoring from named partners and opportunities to handle cases from cradle to grave.

Candidates should have substantial trial exposure and the ability to work autonomously within a team. Local bar admission and a demonstrated record of advocacy are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of trial experience.
• Fact witness deposition experience required.
• Progressed from 3rd chair to 1st chair trial work.
• Ability to work autonomously within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead trial preparation and strategy for cases.
• Manage depositions and fact-witness coordination.
• Collaborate with a mentoring team on complex matters.
• Advance cases from cradle to grave with supervision.
