Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Attorney in central North Carolina. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for offering legal advice, conducting legal research, and managing cases in various practice areas, including creditors’ rights and Landlord-Tenant disputes. Daily tasks include drafting legal documents, court appearances, representing clients in negotiations, and interpreting laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in law and providing legal advice
• Experience in creditors’ rights and Landlord-Tenant law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
