As an Associate Attorney at Orlans Law Group, your responsibilities will include:

2. Document Preparation: Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence that support case success.
3. Court Hearings: Represent clients confidently in court proceedings.
4. Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support.
5. Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to stay ahead and protect clients’ interests.
6. Case Management: Organize case files meticulously and ensure timely execution of tasks.
7. Settlement and Negotiations: Negotiate effectively to secure favorable settlements.

Technology Requirements: Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe/Nuance Power PDF, and comfort with new technologies and websites.
