Job Title: Director, Recruitment

This is a fully remote role outside of court appearances. You must live in Iowa and be admitted to practice law in Iowa.

Note: There are no billable hours, and this is a strictly 40-hour per week role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a broad and diversified caseload of the firm's clients in Iowa.
• Communicate with clients regarding their legal matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, review and draft agreements, and related tasks.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract law and other consumer law issues.

Qualifications:

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in Iowa (multi-state admission preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
